The systems for industrial fluoroscopy consist of a mechanical component (cabinet and manipulator), a radiologic component, and a TV chain complete with TV, monitor and a command console . The system has several possibilities for automating controls and image elaboration.

The CST-M fluoroscopy cabinet is the smallest in the line.
With its compact dimensions this cabinet is ideal for radioscopic inspection of small and medium components.
The movement system is composed by a five axis manipulator with external controls both manual and automatic.
This is suitable for rapid inspections revealing blowholes, leaks and breaches in components of light ferrous and non ferrous alloy with low thickness.

The CST-G fluoroscopy cabinet is the largest in the line.
With its ample dimensions this cabinet is ideal for radioscopic inspection of large components.
The movement system is composed by a five axis manipulator with external controls both manual and automatic.
This is suitable for rapid inspections revealing blowholes, leaks and breaches in components of light ferrous and non ferrous alloy with low thickness.

   

Fluoroscopic Inspection System CST–HP7

The CST-HP7 fluoroscopy cabinet is the biggest one among its range and is dedicated for the control of different kind of components with big dimensions.
The movement of the system is composed of a manipulator with seven independent axis and a sophisticated software system which grant the alignment between the X-ray tube and Image intensified, without the usage of any mechanical arm (C-arm).
The axis tilting in automatic mode is in accordance with the Position and the perspective requested by the operator. Such solution is perfect in order to control components with big dimensions and weights.
